The challenge
Koopmans sells made-to-measure tables through a large dealer network. Giving every dealer their own webshop is unaffordable and unmanageable. But one uniform configurator would cost every dealer their own identity.
Our approach
We built one central 3D table configurator that fits into every dealer site and adapts to that dealer's brand style. Behind the scenes it all runs on the same backend: one place to manage products, variants and pricing.
The result
Over 400 dealers sell through the same configurator, each in their own skin. A new tabletop or base is set up once; it goes live for everyone at the same moment.
