The Real Multiplier · our engine room

How we rebuilt the agency.

For years we produced work behind the scenes for agencies, and saw where the hours go. That is why we do it differently. Our people decide how the work should look. Once that is settled we build a system around it that does the work itself, and we watch the outcome. That is how a senior team delivers the work of a far bigger agency.

How it works

Judgement first. Then the automation.

Our people set the standard first. The automation then takes over the repetition, never the decision. That is why the thousandth is as good as the first.

01

The standard is set.

The standard we work to comes from the work we do for brands such as AkzoNobel, Bosch and Sekisui. Our senior people decide the quality, the visual language and the approach. That is where it is decided whether the work will be good.

02

The system gets built.

Once the approach is settled, we take the manual steps out. What used to take a day takes the press of a button. What we solve once never has to be solved again.

03

People stay at the controls.

Our people guard the outcome. They check that it is right, correct what drifts, and step in before a mistake reaches you. Our hours go into judgement, not into handwork.

Our own company

From first question to invoice, automatic where it can be.

We do not sell automation we do not run ourselves. Everything that repeats runs on its own here. Orders, quotations, the bookkeeping, and the routine work in 3D and in code as well. On the left what happens without us, on the right where we judge, add or steer.

# What the system does Where we decide
01
A question comes inThe mailbox is read and weighed continuously. Whatever needs attention rises to the top, with a draft reply already attached.
Anything going back to a client is read and sent by a human. We let no reply out of the door that we have not read ourselves.
02
The quotationBuilt from comparable work we did before, with the current rates and terms filled in automatically.
The price, the scope and the answer to whether we want this project at all. A no is cheaper than a bad yes.
03
The projectThe moment a job is awarded, the project number, the folders and the planning appear by themselves, in the place everyone expects them.
Who works on it and when it has to be done. A date is a promise here, so we do not hand that to a system.
04
The routine work in 3D and in codeRecurring modelling work, preparing products, updating a configurator, the standard programming jobs. These are exactly the tasks that swallow most of the hours at a conventional agency, and here they run by themselves wherever that is possible.
The case that does not fit a rule, and the judgement of whether what comes out is good enough. We assess, add to it and steer where that is needed.
05
ProductionOne 3D source feeds the stills, the video, the configurator and the print work. Heavy computing is spread across whichever machines are free at that moment.
We decide the light, the material, the perspective and whether the image shows the product honestly.
06
DeliveryFiles are prepared with the right permissions and an expiry date, and cleaned up again automatically later on.
The final look before it goes out. Nothing leaves this studio that one of us has not seen.
07
Invoicing and bookkeepingThe invoice follows the project, watches its own due date, and bank and ledger run along without anyone retyping receipts.
Exceptions, payment arrangements and the conversation that goes with them. That stays human work.

What it delivered

The same work twice. In a fraction of the time.

This is not a worked example. These are two clients for whom we took the handwork out, and what it has saved since.

BMN Home

45%

saved on every product in the configurator.

Putting each product into the BMN bathroom configurator was manual work. Half an hour to an hour apiece, and there are hundreds of them. We automated that job. The saving comes to 45% per product, and the time it frees up goes into how it looks instead of into getting it ready.

Expandable Trailers

75%

less time for exactly the same work.

Loading technical files, putting them in place and updating the configurator took a full day, often more. We automated that process. The same work now takes a quarter of a day, and that gain passes straight on to the client.

What we build for you

Not a batch of deliverables. A pipeline that keeps making them.

Most agencies hand over a finished product. We would rather hand over the system behind it. First we lock down what is settled, and after that the pipeline makes what you need from it, at the quality we agreed together.

What that source is depends on the work. For product imagery it is a 3D model that matches the real product. For a brand it is the identity system, from logo and typography to tone. For your processes it is the rules your quotations and orders run on.

A new variant, a new campaign or a different format for a different channel comes out without the work starting over.

We keep watching it. Not to make it, but to make sure it stays good.

See what we do

What it gets you

You do not pay for work we have taken out.

The thinking at the start costs what it costs. Once the pipeline runs, volume no longer goes by the hour per item. At BMN that meant a 45% saving per product, at Expandable a 75% time gain, exactly where a traditional agency runs up the fastest.

You are not waiting on a calendar.

No studio planning, no shoot date, no season that has to match. A variant needed today is there today.

You get senior direction on work that goes to a junior elsewhere.

Because the execution is automated, our people can spend their time on judgement. Even on routine work, someone checks it before it goes out.

Honest about the limit

Where we deliberately put no system.

We automate up to the point where it makes things better, and no further.

The first conversation.

What you actually need is rarely in the request. We have that conversation ourselves, with no script or chat window in between.

The idea.

A system makes variants on what already exists. Thinking up what does not exist yet stays human work. That is always where it starts.

The final judgement.

Whether something is good enough to carry your brand is decided by a person. Nothing goes out that only a system approved.

Senior-level creativity, automated execution.

The Real
Blueprint.

Name the work that happens by hand at your company every month. We will tell you what can be automated, and what that is worth.
