How this site was made
Colophon.
This website was built by THE REAL MAG. ourselves. Eat your own dogfood. All product imagery and the hero video were generated through our own 3D direction plus AI creation way of working. No stock photography, no outside creative studio.
What we use
- The site itself: vanilla HTML/CSS/JS. Deliberately no framework, for pure load time and the longest possible life.
- Typography: Montserrat (300/400/500/600/700), our only house font. We set accents in colour, not in a second typeface.
- Iconography: inline SVG, no icon library.
- Animation: Intersection Observer plus CSS transitions. No GSAP runtime needed.
Image production. Our own way of working
- 3D direction: brand book, material palette and composition guidelines captured as prompt templates. This is the source of all the consistency.
- Hero video: Cinema Studio Video 3.0 through Higgsfield. A product compilation reel with a 3D wireframe to photoreal morph, running on into luxury interiors and macro texture.
- Product stills: Nano Banana Pro through Higgsfield, 2K resolution. Every product shot (sneaker, boot, tap, sofa, bathroom, tiles, trailer) was directed here and rendered in 2 minutes.
- Logos and wave element: house style, vector. Designed originally for THE REAL MAG.
What you see here is exactly what we deliver for clients. The prompts, the material library and the direction templates are the same ones running in our client projects.
SEO and performance
- Schema.org JSON-LD (Organization, BreadcrumbList).
- Open Graph plus Twitter Cards.
- Sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt.
- Lazy loading on images below the fold.
- Target: Lighthouse above 90 in every category.
Hosting and version control
- Static hosting with a small server behind it for the contact form (see the infrastructure docs).
- Git, with a fixed route from test to live.
