The challenge
Jongen Bouwpartners came for high-end 3D visualisations, but really had a bigger question: can one party handle the complete sales presentation? Website, building sign, an exclusive brochure, and the content that goes in it.
Our approach
We first looked at what we have in-house: creative, graphic design, web development and 3D. The rest, from building sign to drone photography and print, we sourced through regular partners at rates sharper than the direct prices.
The result
Everything fitted together because it came from one direction. That saved extra work, and therefore cost, and delivered fast sales and satisfied buyers. One point of contact instead of four suppliers pointing at each other.
