The brief
Sixteen new homes are being built by the tram stop in Roosteren. For the sales brochure we made images of the street, the garden and the interior. We flew our own drone and scanned the surroundings, so the new street fits the village around it.
Then: 3D with a first AI step
Seven images, from bird's-eye view to kitchen, partly set up with a first AI step. That trial proved the route works, and led us to price the next projects this way.
Now: with AI in the pipeline
White long-format brick, anthracite roof tiles, red herringbone pavers and a parking strip in rectangular pavers: exactly as designed. The light, the greenery and the residents turn it into a street you want to live in.
