For Townhouse and The Ald we made the images before the hotels opened. We now take the same renders to photo quality with AI.

The brief

LBG Hotels opened two boutique hotels in The Hague: Townhouse in 2024 and The Ald in 2025. The opening and the marketing needed images of the lobby, bar, restaurant and rooms, based on the designs by Common People and Wieneke van Gemeren. Long before there was anything to photograph.

Then: by hand

We rebuilt every space in 3D, with materials, furniture and light following the designers' moods. It works, but it takes hours per space. The client wanted more than the budget allowed, and at the bar the hotel found the moods even more exclusive than the render.

Now: with AI in the pipeline

The same renders, the same camera, the same interior. The AI layer adds what a render lacks: real material texture, light as in a photograph and guests using the space.
