One building in 3D, four years of campaign images. Now with people who look right.

For an international manufacturer of access control and intrusion detection we built a complete office building in 3D. For four years it produced key visuals, animations and floor plans. With today's AI layer those images become photographs.

The brief

A campaign about access control and intrusion detection needs a building where everything is right: an entrance with speed gates, a reception, a control room, a barrier at the car park and a facade that looks threatening at night. Together with the client's marketing agency we built that building fully in 3D from 2021, with every product where an installer would mount it.

Then: all in 3D

That one model produced key visuals, animations, night scenes, a cross-section, floor plans and a 360 tour. The building was the same everywhere and the products were right down to the indicator light. The weak spot was the people: the client itself called them the most critical point of all key visuals.

Now: 3D directs, AI finishes

The 3D model stays the blueprint: camera, building, products and light are fixed. The AI layer turns it into a photograph, with real skin, hands and clothing, real materials and light that falls the way it should. A night scene stays night, the product stays exactly the product.
