Immersive 360° tours with VR for 112 apartments and 11 houses in Nieuwegein.
The challenge
In Nieuwegein, Arc en Ciel developed the Rijnfort complex: 112 apartments, 11 houses and one commercial unit. Most of it went quickly, but the last and most expensive houses had been on the market for two years. Without those sales the build could not start financially.
Our approach
We built a 360° environment in which the buyer walks through the complex and through their own future home, while not a single brick has been laid. Where does the sun fall, what does the balcony look like, how big does the living room feel. The developer's Revit models were the basis.
The result
The last homes sold within three months. Thanks to the way we work, a 360° tour often costs only around 20% more than separate renders, and with VR it puts the buyer literally inside their new home.
