The brief

For the second phase on the President Kennedysingel in Sittard we made the public space for LAUDY Bouw & Ontwikkeling and Van Wijnen, and the apartments for Mulleners Vastgoed. The images went to the planning committee, a residents' evening, the brochure and the sales launch in October 2025.

Then: fully in 3D

Ten exteriors and ten interiors, down to the brick as drawn. It was right, but the client first found one interior too cold. After an extra round with different light and styling it became an image sales could work with.

Now: with AI in the pipeline

The AI layer works inside the design: sandy yellow and red-brown brick in the same bond, herringbone pavers at the entrance, the same chevron parquet in the living room. What changes is the light, the realism of the material and the life in the street.
