Hoogveld, phase after phase. Five years of sales images and 360° tours for the same developer.
From 2017 to 2021 we visualised Grouwels Daelmans' new-build homes, with renders, floor plans and 360° tours for the buyer.
The challenge
Grouwels Daelmans develops homes in South Limburg, including Hoogveld in Heerlen, phase by phase. Every new row is sold off the drawing, and that is exactly where buyers need to picture the most. A floor plan and a single render will not get them over the line.
Our approach
The idea: let buyers experience what they would otherwise have to read on paper. We made photorealistic visualisations, floor plans, animations and 360° environments in which buyers walk through their future home. Light, view, sense of scale: everything you would otherwise have to explain on paper, they simply experience.
The result
From 2017 to 2021 Grouwels Daelmans kept coming back, for Hoogveld in Heerlen, Litscherveld and Eschberg. The same 3D source delivered the imagery for brochure, website and advertising each time.
