The challenge
Arcus Zuid was developing a holiday park and had two questions at once. Does the design actually hold up once you are standing among the buildings? And who can visualise an area of some four square kilometres, including future phases, for the sales campaign?
Our approach
We moved to software that renders areas that large photorealistically in realtime. That let us walk through the park together, watch the sun move live and fine-tune the design before anything was fixed.
The result
From that same environment came an affordable 360° and VR export for sales. The buyer stands in their holiday home before the first shovel hits the ground, and the developer knew the design was right much earlier.
