The challenge
A housing project does not sell itself with a construction drawing. The buyer wants to know how it will feel: the facade, the garden, the light in the living room. And that story has to be the same everywhere, on the site, in the brochure and on social.
Our approach
We built the project in 3D and delivered everything from it: exterior and interior imagery, the project website and the material for the rest of the campaign. One source, so the same home everywhere.
The result
Buyers saw the home before it was built, in a presentation that holds up on every channel. If the design changes, we adjust the model and the rest follows automatically.
